Finding the perfect builder is about more than just reviewing a past catalogue of work. Run and owned by Bernard Abrams a family orientated man with a rich history in the industry.
Bernard first fell into the building industry when he completed a cabinet making apprenticeship straight out of school with a small cabinet making company. He established himself as a quick learner and found himself wanting to aquire more knowledge and skills. He then went on to complete further qualifications in carpentry/joinery and furniture restoration.
With plenty of practical skills under his belt, bernard then went on to acquire qualifications in Business, Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety.
Bernard then moved into the commercial fit out industry, where he was responsible for high end joinery fit outs. There he gained additional knowledge from working for high quality building and joinery companies completing projects up to the value of 15 million dollars. Bernard climbed the ranks quickly in this industry and was promoted to a site manager position, overseeing the installation of shop fit outs for major retail companies and office spaces.
Taking advantage of working under great guidance, this job drastically improved Bernards understanding of and implmentation of project management skills. Furthering his knowledge yet again, he threw himself into more study and completed Certificate 4 in Building and Construction
Bernard was fortunate enough to be in the position to buy and renovate properties as a side project and started his own small scale development projects. This ignited a deep passion within Bernard allowing him to make the bold move to revert back into the Domestic Building industry, where Abrams Projects was born.
Abrams Projects has been completing renovations for clients for now over 10 years. Work has spanned from building dream homes for families, to working for individuals who wanted to turn a profit in the property market. Abrams Projects has delivered profits up to $800,000 after project completion.
